Partner Organization's Responsibilities

Share relevant resources as agreed upon

Participate in planning meetings and decision-making

Promote the event through available channels

Provide timely feedback and necessary approvals

Termination Clauses

Standard Termination

Early Termination with Notice

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, subject to fulfillment of existing obligations.

Termination for Cause

Post-Termination Obligations
